Soda was happy to see Grai, her smile widening at the sight of his approaching form. She was glad to have someone like him in her life, just as her father had her mother, this was what she had wanted for so long; a loving family. Soda was confident in believing that nothing could or would ruin their time together, and if Grai were to ever get the urge to leave like the few before him she'd follow him unlike the others. Grai was special in her eyes.
Turning her head she reaches out to brush her nose against his own skin, deeply breathing in his smell and letting it wash over her in a comforting way. His reaction to their daughter was amusing, and she gave a chuckle. "Beautiful isn't she?", she softly says, so not to disturb the filly. This would be Soda's third little girl, not counting the filly she had adopted so long ago when Hamlet took off with her firstborn. That was a painful memory, but it didn't seem to bother her as much as it used to. That was because she was no longer alone; she had the support of family.
"Her name is Scarlett,"she goes on to say with a smile, drawing her eyes away from the filly to look at Grai again, her eyes looking to meet his. She reaches for him again, brushing against him coat in an affectionate way.
