Times have changed, her time in Tinuvel had been an ultimately pleasant one but none the less it has set itself over her. Although she had at first despised Soljor for the way in which he had claimed her and forced himself upon her. She had wanted to resent Harlequin despite knowing that the girl had no fault in the manner with which she had been conceived, but none the less she could not. It was through the little painted girl that she began to give Soljor a chance. That chance had in turn lead to two more children, two hansom twin colts that were now grown and on their own as well. Despite Harlequin's resentment of the great painted stallion and his desire to keep her close, CUA for once had finally forgiven him.

It has been a long time now since the large herd had been gathered together. A part of her blamed Fly. She had at one time considered the energetic bay mare her friend, but since gaining the role of lead mare, CUA felt like the girl had put herself on a high horse and seemed to enjoy it a bit too much. Her little display of ranking back in the caves when she had dared to bare her fangs at CUA. Had CUA been the spitfire, anger filled woman she had been when Soljor first claimed her, no doubt right then and there my little silverling would have beat her to a pulp for the very hell of it. But she had two colts to look after and there were other mares with young children around so despite the reluctance, CUA kept her emotions under control.

Now however, things are different. Her children are gone. It has been so long since she has been along that CUA almost misses having a child at her heels. At least it was company when the world around her went still.

But she is not alone.... not now.

Soljor.

His black and white splashed form appears on a distant horizon. Ivory lashes blink slowly over black voidless eyes as she stands silently for a moment, her petite frame enveloped in the long gossamer strands of her mane and tail that sweep about her as the ocean breeze billows. From the distance he looks no different than he had the day they met but even she knew that he had changed... just as she herself had. A coy grin spreads itself across her ash dusted labrums as lithe limbs are put into motion and she brings herself to a halt at his side. "Well, well, look what the cat dragged in..." she breathed, her voice dripping with sarcasm and playfulness. Her unusually long tail flicks lazily against the sleek womanly curve of her haunches as she turns her dark eyes away from his hansom features to gaze out with him over the Bay. "It is quiet now..." she breathes, letting her lyrical voice trail off now as she savors the nearness and warmth of his broad frame next to her own.
