He certainly could, but it could be a copyright violation to post it on like youtube. CBC has been posting those shows on youtube, but has not posted that one. Also be aware there is a lot of later research not included in that particular program, particularly Nova Scotia etc.

I personally would be wary of circumventing an intentional block put in by either the producers or CBC to not allow viewing in the US. That's kind of unethical actually.

You should also note the latest class 1 and 2 confirmation maps for Quebec and Ontario. There is considerable clustering right down to the US border. Is it your groups contention that the border is preventing cougar dispersal into the US? And with the estimates now over 600 for cougar population in that area, you still maintain these are all males? Despite the fact that a kitten has been road killed near the border in the last few years?
