Calling them bad would be giving them the benefit of the doubt. These roads are in serious need of grading. I used both roads on April 25th, 2015. Wylie was rough but there were a few spots on Alvar that I thought I would need a submarine. I shouldn't have driven on either of these roads and I am surprised I didn't get stuck somewhere.
