It was not in Malleah's nature to strive for something helpful, unlike Solitaire. Life for her was merely about survival and whatever could be used to attain such a thing. A pack would make her like significantly easier yet could she stand being around so many others at one time? There was a possibility that in the future she might try to locate a place more permanent and might even seek out information about the packs, but she figure she was fine where she was. In a pack they would expect her to give her services in one form or another - hunting, healing, scouting, all things that she would rather not do if she could help it. It is an entirely selfish notion that drives her. She recognizes this yet it does not bother her in the least for all she truly cares about is herself and her now-resurrected family. If not for them then she would turn tail once more and leave Molodian behind for what else could hold her here?
The male makes some sort of movement yet she can't catch it in the dim lighting. Her eyes might be good but she wasn't that good and besides, straining in the darkness was very bad for eyesight, hadn't he heard? Then he clears his throat and answers her and she adopts a smug expression, one that he won't see either.
"Then lets head back towards some more light." She stands now and meanders towards the front, ears cocked back to catch his voice and she nods as the darkness grows slowly lighter, turning her pink eyes to finally catch sight of him.
"You would know more of that than me, I am certain," she offers with a coy smile before pausing a safe distance in before the temperature dropped even lower. He is handsome in his unassuming manner with distinctive markings. Hopefully he wouldn't turn out to be some lunatic. She turns now so that he can see the small gash on her hind leg, leaning back to lick it once in an instinctive manner to clear away any debris from the cavern. It was slightly puffy at the edges, perhaps a tell-tale sign of slight infection, but she felt no ill effects from it yet. Her eyes widen playful then as she looks at him with a false wide-eyed innocence.
"Do you... you don't think that I have rabies, do you?"
