Cat hit on Pike, and the disappearing cats
IP: 50.204.144.106

Just a side note on the recent road kill report, when I asked the maintenance people just up the road if they had a road kill at that spot, he initially started asking people for me. Suddenly when I mentioned it was reported as a large cat, he got completely hostile and said no animal was hit at that spot, or ever. Clearly changed his tone and got defensive. Odd things going on with these road kill reports the state handles. Odd things happening with cats in general, including the one that attacked a horse in the town of Leyden, MA, and was taken by a man in "a green uniform with a badge on it". All the agencies deny they responded..... I hate conspiracy theories folks, but this is happening all the time. If it was a bobcat, no problem, produce it. But instead we get "there was no incident". We know there are and have been a few mountain lions in the state for decades. There is plenty of documentation and evidence, including DNA. So what's the big deal here??
