Falls

Extending his left front leg Alex splashes white cool water on his stomach and hind legs. The pool of water that built up beneath the long rushing waterfall felt great in the heat. After a minute or two Alex switched legs so his right side could get just as wet. Water flew in every direction drenching everything in its path up to two feet. The water that had been somewhat clear beneath him now swirled with sand and white bubbles. The rocks beside him on both sides are now slick after being drenched so badly.

Lifting his feet up and moving forward Alex tried to not make more splashes as he went to go deeper but he failed miserably. He sighs now once the water is knee deep. Dropping his velvet ebony nose the young aureate knight drinks. His white tail looks silver now as all of the hairs clung together from the water. His mane being long and flowing only got the tips wet. Lifting up his head after a awhile of drinking Alex buckles his knees and lowers his massive frame into the water.

A huge wave of water splashes to the left with speed while Alex lands on his stomach. Groaning, Alex snorts with a shake of his head making more water fly. The water felt far too amazing to get out of it any time soon. His limbs ached with all the miles he had put on them over the last year and the sting of feeling completely alone plagued his conscience. He had lost everything a long time ago - at least it feels like so – Braylen Alex’s older brother was the smarter one and got a home in the paradise. Alex went to greet him and see if he could stay for a while but when he pulled himself from the sea the stench of another male infected the air. It was then Alex turned right back around and came here to the falls.

Today Alexander wonders where his brother ended up and worried for him. Sure they weren’t close but Alex had every intention of becoming that way. His thoughts after a moment wandered to Jokulros. He missed her dearly and often wondered whatever happened to her and her mother. Perhaps he’d make his way over there within the next couple of days – it couldn’t hurt to at least check right?

Alex feels his eyes becoming heavy and hoists his now completely drenched physic upwards and moved toward the grass that collided with the damp sand. Before he got completely out of the cool water the creamy stud lowers himself back down into the pool of water and lays on his right side. Water occasionally rushed towards his body but never reached his head. Sticking his tongue out and lapping at his mouth Alexander breaths in the sweet grass that he had chosen to lay his head upon and found himself drifting in and out.
