The fight in which this young stallion provided seem more well matched than that which Ruger was used too. Always before they were bigger, stronger and more experienced with age. Ruger doubted this one had ever left the safety of his home. What was he use to fighting; sticks? A growling grunt pushed its way out of Ruger's flared nostrils as the painted boy's teeth found their mark on his cheek and he yanked his face away though was pleased his own teeth had left its damage. Ruger hoped it swelled later; that this male would remember his every time he chewed for the flesh he had damaged on his face.
Did he send you? Ruger could only imagine that he was supposed to be their father. A smirk crawled across Ruger's face at the distasteful sneer; the wheels already turning in the brute's mind. But any more thought upon what he could do with such venom towards their shared father was pushed aside as again the male laughed an attack. Ruger rose up; meeting his half brother so their chests slammed together and thrashing striking legs tangled together so that neither had room to damage the other. Hot breath washed across Ruger's as teeth sought the flesh of his face and the dark male returned the favor as he reached out to snap his teeth around the buried ears among Vargr's mane.
Loud words fill Ruger's ears from the other young Forest resident but Ruger is too busy with his half brother. He can only hope that the scent of Scythe is not imaginary and that he will make sure that this fight is not interrupted. And perhaps the one he was truly here for would show up sooner rather than later.
