This one strolled right through a highly urban area, right by houses and people, and look at the little video that was taken. No scat, no tracks, no evidence, but yet dozens of people and 2 police officials saw it. This is what we are dealing with here in New England with the limited population. Its not like out west in areas with a big population. Replies: There have been no replies.
