Re(1): Positive Sighting

A LOT of activity in the granite state this summer! Your observations on tracks, and their stealth behavior are right on target. Most wild cougars do not go after humans. Attacks are actually rarer than bear attacks where there are populations. Keep your eyes open, and get a pic, or find some tracks!! Like you said, they don't like to get their paws wet.
