This waste, in my opinion, was created by the Previous Plan Administrator Jennifer Campbell, the Chairman of the Board at that time, Police Trustee PJ Gray, Police Trustee Rich Griner and the interim Plan Attorney Patrick Gonyea ( he also was the insurance company's Attorney trying to get us to pay Attorneys fees in the Parker Law Suit ).
There was 7 City of Tampa Police Officers on site at the Pension Office to issue the Trespass citation to Retiree Ribaya, in 2012.
It has been speculated that another Retiree was to be trespassed at that time ( myself ) hence the abundance of Officers at the scene, But I was out of State on vacation.
At the Pension Board meeting last Wednesday, Plan Attorney Mr. Klausner stated that the Court, in the settlement, did not find any fault on the part of the Pension Board, BUT the Court of Common Sense knows why the settlement was made and where the fault lies. ALL of the Trustees at that time voted to enforce the 90 day Trespass which was Pension Board Policy but not Florida Law.
Retiree Ribaya,s Attorney David Snyder is giving a Lecture on the Florida Sunshine Law at the 1st Amendment Foundation in St. Petersburg next month. It might be wise that our Trustees attend , at least Police Trustees Gray & Griner.
