. CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site
There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities.
This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only.
We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund.
Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

What is the Balham Fusiliers Dinner all about?
The dinner is for anybody who is, or has been, a Fusilier, whether as a Cadet, Reserve, or Regular, or who has been in any way associated with the Fusiliers.
The dinner began many years ago as a social gathering for the Balham Mafia, who were a select group from the Corporals and Sergeants of C Company at Balham. It has now grown to attract a wider participation from all parts of the Regiment, for an enjoyable evening dining together.

This is an all ranks dinner, where partners are also very welcome to attend. Date and timings are Saturday 5th December, drinks reception at 7.30pm, for dinner at 8.00. Dress is lounge suit or blazer and regimental tie for gentlemen, and suitable equivalent for ladies. There will be a 4 course dinner with wines, and a bar will also be available.
