Possible big cat sighting in Barrington, RI

At 1AM, I saw a large 4-legged animal with a feline gait cross County Rd, just west of Matthewson St & the parking lot/ boat launch, heading north towards the Bartington Bike Path. It was about 4' long & well over 100lbs, with legs too short & thick to be a deer. It's shape silhouetted ahead of me was easily recognizable as catlike, including large paws -- again too "thick" & large to be a coyote.
