Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

we're the trash in your bed

“Rou? Ro? No wait… Garu.” Psychedelic squinted as he tried out newly shortened ways to say the stallion’s name. Shaking his head, he carried on with a, “Naahh. You’re right. Rougaru sounds good.” His back hoof scraped a bit over the soft, loamy Lagoon topography as he cocked it, leaning his weight comfortably to the side. Most stallions would hesitate to get comfortable in a strange stallion’s company, but Psychedelic didn’t care to mind. He cast a sense of carelessness in the world and seemed to hold that opinion close overall, there were only a few (surprising) things that had the potential to stir him into actually investing passionate time into something or someone.

“Pfft.” He blew a hot breath of air through his lips and rolled his eyes. “Yeah, of course they were I mean, have you even looked at me? I ooze rock star.” A cheeky grin tugged at his mouth before he shifted his weight, the soft, familiar ground giving way beneath his hooves. “Nah, I’m just kidding. If you wanna be a rock star, you be a rock star.”

He flicked his tail and turned himself to the side, walking in a bit of a half circle before throwing his head over his shoulder and giving Rougaru an eye. “Come on, I’ll show ya around.” There wasn’t really much to see, but it’d be better than just standing around, lingering at the cusp of the bachelor territory. If Psychedelic moved in to the Lagoon with a new stallion he knew it might spark the interest of one of the head hanchos, most likely Felony, so if they had a problem with it they’d waste no time coming forward. “What brings you to the Lagoon, Garu?” He paused and squinted before shaking his head. “Nope… still don’t like it. Thought I’d try it one more time.”
