Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

I also felt a form of excitement radiate from Samhain, and at that moment had never felt so grateful for a random encounter. This form of affection was new, and therefore I was likely to fall quickly and hard. A part of me warned to be cautious and not trust so quickly, for once I quieted the warnings in my head and went with my heart. I look at him now, as he stares so lovingly up at me through burnt orange and black eyes. My tail’s pace quickens with my heartbeat, and I smile before lowering my dome to the same level as his.

His words are like honey to my ears and in return I look at him with blue eyes gleaming with joy, "That is always nice to know," I laugh a little before continuing. "I fear I will never understand your sudden affection towards me." A smile still sticks to my features once I have finished. Though I wonder what it was that made him look at me that way and how his feelings were so strong there were almost tangible. It was welcome, though the fear in the back of my head still warns of the chance of heartbreak. But the thought is easy to ignore when I look at Samhain and the drug like feeling of simply feeling secure with him made him almost intoxicating to be around. But it was a feeling I would hopefully grow used to with enough time.

I watch as my excitement spreads to him when I mention the possibility of him living within the same territory. But the hype quickly turns sour when Tick-Tock’s nickname is voiced and Samhain’s features change suddenly. I can’t help but to flatten my ears and cock my head, ”Did he not like the Monster?” But his voice seems to speak words different from his actions. My ears return to their forward facing position as I patiently listen to everything he has to say. When I first speak my words have a flirty edge to them, "And who are we to deny fate what she wants?" my eyes soften now, and I speak with a kinder tone. "They cannot keep her forever and we can visit her," I hardly notice that I say "we", but I can’t help but smile wider when I continue "I am sure she [Tick-Tock] would like that, but not as much as me." I decide to go a step further and playfully nip at him.
