Yesterday (Saturday the 5th), I saw 11 blackbirds near the north end of McKinnon Road (the house where blackbirds have sometimes over-wintered). They were mostly Red-winged Blackbirds, but there were at least two Rusty Blackbirds in the group. Both species were singing. Replies: There have been no replies.
