Spillway when she's gushing over is the best spot. Further downstream near Indian lake can yield some fine catfish,saugeye,and even a northern.Well above avg catfish.Sometimes a musky. I had a fish rip my arms apart 1 evening . White bass,waterdogs,snapping turtles,yellow bullhead also in there.
Near sidney is the smallmouth territory when it warms up. Northern pike from degraff to sidney this time of year as well.
