Already she could feel the change within the cold and bitter air. Winter was slowly going away. Once again her favorite season was coming to a close. The need to be so terribly close to Tobias had begun to dull. Now that she was older the desire to breed wasn’t so important during this time of the year. She had her three children, one grown and doing well in Iromar, whereas her other two were growing up quite nicely. Nevermore and Gunsynd would make it to their second year, half way done with their puppyhood, and the moment they became adults all the responsibilities of the world would fall upon their shoulders. They were coming along nicely and she couldn’t be prouder. Cuirass would reach his fourth year and she was eager to reward the bloodstained coated male the rank he had been craving for, for such a long time. This Winter she didn’t catch any scent or sight of the older male, Eric, and she feared for the worst. The pack needed to continue to thrive and so Starshade would be given his rank, Tick Tock unwillingly to find where Eric was or where his body was, she would respect whatever he wished. Though these small changes were the only ones to take place in Asteraia. There would be more.
The obsidian coated Alpha moved silently through the snow covered fields. She was leaving behind her children and their odd friend, Rhett, the lesson she had for them today over with. For the rest of the day she would attend to the needs of what her pack members needed from her. All she could hear was the sound of her paws pressing into the snow, the crunching sound almost becoming soothing in such an odd way, but she would stop moving the moment she heard the gentle summoning call. Both audits swiveled back and forth as she picked up the direction it was coming from, her dial turning in its direction as she stared for a moment. She had not seen Nakato that much. The she-wolf hardly came to her, let alone, even attempted to approach her. One night Tobias came to their den and she caught a whiff of her Frankenstein within his ebony fur. Though it wasn’t just his scent alone she caught, there were others, that belonged to creatures she never met, Tick Tock never knew Nakato was pregnant. Disappointed by the lack of trust she did not even bother to see the pups. If Nakato could not respect her and let her Alpha be aware of what was going on...then why did she deserve her attention. Tick Tock treasured Nakato, but she was extremely sadden by Nakato’s actions.
Her own dial would lift upwards as she released her chilling eerie call that she would be coming. The Monster would move through the snow moving at a simple gait. Eventually she would make it to the clearing there the middle part of her land was. There she could see Nakato surrounded by three smaller colorful canines. As she came closer and closer to the small family her face remained emotionless. Her form was raked with numerous old scars each one telling an interesting tale, each mark on her hide a show of her own survival. As she came up from behind the pups they would notice below their paws they would see such a large ominous dark shadow on the ground, growing larger and larger. Standing now directly behind the pups she raised her dial as she looked down upon them, her face surely terrifying to youngsters. For a moment she looks them over silently, checking for any faults or signs of weakness, observing them carefully as she simply stands their quietly, without moving a muscle. Therer were features of their Mother that could be seen in two of them, but one of them didn’t look like Nakato at all. When she was done with her observation, her dark eyes would flick towards their Mother, eyeing her carefully as her chilling voice slithered out softly.
“This is your brood? Who was their Father?”
