Tommy, thanks for your input BUT as I read the Agenda there was NOTHING in it or said about paying ONLY their contributions and no one stated that.
If you study Fl. Statute 112.3173 they have to be CONVICTED to stop their Pension , which as I understand it they have not even gone to court.
I think the Board voted to give them their Pensions, whether they meant to or not is another question. Replies: There have been no replies.
