On Saturday May 7, the indomitable Alex Mills (705 817 4030 alex.mills3@gmail.com) will lead a fabulous walk for the Brereton Field Naturalists’ along the Oro-Medonte rail trail in Oro Medonte, searching for spring migratory birds. Meet at the Little Lake Parking lot at 6 a.m. or on Woodland Drive in Oro Medonte at the rail trail at 6:30 a.m. This easy and quite enjoyable walk ends about noon. People who went on this last year said they found it quite a wonderful walk as the trail is great for seeing superb varieties of avian life. We welcome newcomers who may want to check out what our club is about. Bring your cameras, binoculars and your own refreshments. : ) Visit www.bfnclub.org for more information.
