This place is becoming really toxic. I don't know if is humorous sarcasm or not, but the trolling has simply gone to crazy levels of nastiness.
There is little or no meaningful debate here anymore?!
The new junior contract is bull####. If you want to argue it's a good thing, then do so in public. The Jeremy would love a real life doctor on the TV supporting the contract, you would be the only one and would certainly get some airtime!
Staff Grades have been treated shoddily and their contract is #### too. They could have gone on to strike but they didn't. As a results Staff Grades are near on impossible to hire in many parts of the country and the service is suffering for it.
