I saw the Black-crowned Night Heron at the marina in the evening, although it was not very dark yet. I think it had been roosting in a tree on the break-wall peninsula that protects the marina. It flew along the shore, curled back, landed briefly on the boardwalk (!) and then flew off again. Replies: There have been no replies.
