. CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site
There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities.
This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only.
We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund.
Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

LAYING UP OF 2RRF COLOURS – PRE - REGISTRATION
Already, several people have asked RHQ to reserve places for the Laying Up of the former 2 RRF Colours on Sunday 9 October 2016 at St Mary's Collegiate Church, Warwick.
In order to allow Midlands HQ manage the numbers (a maximum of 300), there will now be a pre-registration system. It is easy to complete, but will considerably help our planning. The instructions are:
1. All Fusilier Association (Warwickshire) Branch members are to co-ordinate their numbers through their Branch Secretary.
2. If you are not a member of Fusilier Association (Warwickshire) Branches, and you wish to attend, then please send an email to midsec@thefusiliers.org with the following simple information:
· Put “Colours 16” in the email message subject line
· Put your name and the numbers you wish to bring – please be reasonable, as spaces are limited.
State whether you are ex-2 RRF or not
Clearly show the email address where you want replies. Please avoid postal addresses.
3. If you have already asked RHQ for a place, this has been recorded and there is no need for you to pre-register.
4. Please pre-register by Friday 22 July 2016.
In late July, details of timings and costs will be emailed out to all those who have pre-registered as above. Please remember, that after a limited number of senior military and civic guests, the order of priority for attendance will be:
1. Members of Fusilier Association (Warwickshire)
2. Ex 2 RRF outside Fusilier Association (Warwickshire)
