Hi Gary;

It is the parking lot at Bluebird Box #10 where the Tree Swallows and Eastern Bluebirds are nesting not far north of the cabin on your left. Eastern Phoebes and Barn Swallows nest near the blind. There is a washroom of sorts, a Johnny On The Spot beside the blind. Scope the fields for Brown Thrashers, Upland Sandpipers, Eastern Meadowlarks, Eastern Kingbirds and Loggerhead Shrikes. This week when I was there there were White-crowned and White-throated Sparrows sitting on the field with Savannah Sparrows, Vesper Sparrows and Field Sparrows. You don't usually see the first two species in open field habitat that this site.
