1-Hopefully it will mean we get less of these poorly trained Europeans coming over to expose english eyes to their surgical learning curve post CCT....
2-Hopefully it will mean UK trainees get more training opportunities rather than playing second fiddle to #### 'post CCT fellows' that can't do a proper phaco
3-Less substandard locum consultants earning locum consultant wage even though they have the skills of a junior SpR- just because they were trained in Europe
