I've done this before for general elections and have finally managed to lay my hands on some information which actually is unbiased.
Newsbeat have done a pretty good series of short videos covering the main issues surrounding the EU debate, with arguments from both sides. You can find them here. It doesn't go into depth, but it's a good starting point for anyone feeling a bit overwhelmed by the conversation! There is also a longer text-based document by the BBC here.
Registration for EU voting has closed, but you can still register to vote in future elections and referendums here. If you are registered, please remember to exercise your right to vote on the 23rd June.
Sorry to non-UK members - I'm not up to speed enough with politics outside of the UK to be able to provide the same things for non-Brits on other elections/referendums around the world. <3
