A stranger was not long to cross his path. Psychedelic heard the shuffle of her hooves through soft sand right before she called his way, surely beckoning him to halt in his path and await her arrival. Feeling at ease beneath the Atlantis sun, Psychedelic had no qualms doing just that. He blinked at the mare that drew near him, surprised a mare might be so bold as to approach a strange stallion without her ears laced and her posture meaning to drive him out of her stallion’s land. No… this mare seemed curious. Friendly, even. Psychedelic studied her for a minute, ears turned forward as he listened to what she said, allowing an easy smile to grow across his mouth once she’d finished. Ailill was a name he did not know, but seeing as how he wasn’t a complete idiot, Psychedelic could make out it was the name of the stallion who commanded Paradise. This mare was clearly new, which opened a plethora of possibilities. He could pretend to be of this stallion’s herd until said stallion approached to crash the party… But that wasn’t Psychedelic’s style. Sometimes telling the truth was just as fun. Still wearing his smile, he replied nonchalant. “Psychedelic, but if that’s too much a mouthful for you, lots of horses around here call me Psych.” He glanced up the beach, half expecting her hero to come storming in to drive the big bad bachelor away. When it appeared they were still to be unbothered, he drew his gaze back to her. “I’m not from here, actually. Guess you’d call me a trespasser if you want to get technical. Let’s hope your boy doesn’t get too knotted up over it.” He appeared a mischievous little boy with the way his smile spread and his eyes lit up bright.
