 She lifted her back hoof to rest the tip gently on the ground. Her ears continued to face the stallion, but she didn't want to seem so eager to him. While he was responding, he wasn't responding nearly as excitingly as she had. She wondered if he couldn't make his mind up about her or if his quiet actions were loud compared to when he wasn't interested. Jasiri flicked her tail and let her eyes trail over his body. She could at least content herself with knowing there was at least one other draft on these Islands if he didn't follow her home.
His question made her ear flick quizzically. Jasiri lifted her head higher and snorted, "Drafts." How could he not realize? "We're the only ones here," she tossed her mane to indicate the area around them. She paused, jerking her head to get the wayward locks out of her eyes as she scanned the area again. The rest must be hiding from her if they were nearby. "This isn't where you live, is it?" she questioned, turning her gaze back towards him. She had claimed a territory for herself immediately once she arrived at these Islands, surely this stallion had found an abandoned one to call his own as well. He didn't look much like a newcomer to her.
The silver grinned at him, removing her previous serious tone and asking, "how close do you think we could get to that waterfall?" Without waiting for an answer, she began to step into the cool lake, only pausing once to paw at the water and once it reached halfway up her flank.
