This thread is about differences in passing rates among different ethnicity etc, not about training and complications.
what I wanted to highlight is that there are people who have way more experience than that of UK trainees.
UK exams are not that difficult. I have completed all FRCS Glasgow, FRCS Edinburgh, FRCOphth in one go.
They are difficult to outsiders as they test some stuff out side ophthalmology such as laser safety which are done differently elsewhere.
