Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

“There haven’t been for a while.” Psychedelic remarked shortly after the boss mentioned the lack of company in the Lagoon. He paused to survey the seaside territory just as Kasabian had and wondered where all the faces had gone. For as long as he could manage, Psychedelic had stayed behind, lingering in the gutted out Lagoon and wondering if this was how it was meant to be. So many faces had come and gone, but Psychedelic could make trouble for himself anywhere he went. He’d promised Kendry he wouldn’t ditch him again and Psychedelic meant it. For once he had a potential for some real ties here and now the Lagoon had a boss who seemed fit to give a damn.

Maybe things were looking up for the bachelors… which meant they were looking down for the herds of the islands. That sort of thought gave him the warm fuzzies.

Ears flicking, Psychedelic brought his eyes back to Kasabian as the boss spoke, listening curiously. He smiled shortly after and it was the smile a kid might have as he waved his sister’s doll in front of her face before popping off the head. Psychedelic was excited to stir up trouble for someone and remind the islands the Lagoon wouldn’t stay quiet and sleepy forever. “Can do, boss. Can do.” He promised with a bit of joy in his tone before he turned around and excused himself from the conversation, deciding starting now was better than starting later. He’d need to gather up some intelligence from the islands and what everyone on them had been doing while he was gone but, soon enough, it’d be time to strike.
