Hello folks,
I think that I saw a Mt lion in my area of Methuen. I thought at first it was a bob cat but I didn't see any spots. It had a bobbed tail which led me to think it was a bobcat. But after looking the info up on line, I am not sure that it was a bobcat. This animal was golden brown in color, no tail, about knee high and about 60 70 lbs. Stunning animal, I had to do a double take because I wasn't sure what I was seeing. We live in a gated community and it is like a sanctuary here. It does make me nervous because I have to small dogs and woods bordering my property. This animal didn't seem to be to concerned that I pulled out into the street. She looked very healthy, lean and muscular. I love nature but this is too close. Replies:
