That is misusing your position to gain financial advantages - betraying the trust of the patient and the nhs trust you work with
The same as if you are a chief executive in a company and you manipulate the resources for your own advantage.
Further blocking the progress of trainees and trust doctors by making a monopoly out of the cataract service
I think if these ceases go to court it will solve the whole problem
