Papillary Versus Follicular Conjunctivitis

Hi everyone,

Which type of conjunctival reaction is seen in Herpes simplex blepharitis, Papillary OR Follicular?

In Kanski’s Clinical Ophthalmology textbook, it was mentioned the conjunctival reaction is Papillary, while in AAO textbooks the reaction is Follicular.
