Thats a good question. I never thought a time would come where doctors would be 'looking for cheaper courses' , 'cheaper accommodations',...... Next step would be sub-standard 'cheap food'. A good health service system takes care of its employees and a bad one ignores its employees upon which its depends for its survival. Courses were supposed to uplift the standard of care and provide cuurent academic activity to the employee. Thinking of 'cheaper' courses destroys the spirit and purpose. Buts thats the situation we have been left into.
