Nasociliary nerve

The dilator and sphincter pupillae are supplied by CN III...

But they are supplied by the long and short ciliary nerves which are branches of CN V?

The ramus communicans is a branch from the nasociliary nerve which synapses and in the ciliary ganglion and gives off the short ciliary nerves.

So I'm confused...Is it CN III or V?

Thanks!
