Kelli: I live in Holden, Ma, one town west of Worcester. A few years ago I was the passenger in a vehicle on a back road here and the driver--a friend of mine--said Holy ...., did you see that cat??' Well I didn't, all I saw was a flash of light brown going over a stone wall. But my friend had a clear (daytime) and unobstructed view of the animal.
I can believe ml's are down Cape way--the area is full of deer. And deer are a ml's favorite prey. Don't let the doubters get you down. You were there, not them.
I have to ask: how will you feel if hiking alone in that area, now that you've seen a big cat?
