The Rules
  • There will be no fraternizing with enemies. If you put yourself knowingly in danger, don't expect a rescue.
  • We are only as strong as our weakest link. See to it that you are getting stronger in some skill that is useful, whether it is battling, recruiting, charming, etc.
  • The King and Queen have final say in all matters.
To the moon and back, remember?

"Look at the stars and how they shine for you"
Mare - 2 - mutt - buckskin varnish roan - 16.0hh
beautiful moon-child of Orhan & Carisa

Does it matter? Feray narrows her eyes on her older sibling, watching as his attention moves from her to Carisa; her questions left unanswered and her mind still a mess. A huff of air escapes her in the form of a sigh, eyes softening as she watches him poke and prod at their mother. Leave him be, she tells herself, there was plenty of time later to get the answers she wanted but perhaps somethings were better left in the past. They were here and that was all that mattered.

The cool winds carried a scent to her then, a familiar musky odor filling her nostrils that warmed her heart and drew a smile upon her muzzle even before she turns her head to look upon Orhan. "Papa," she happily chimes in a soft whisper, eyes swimming with tears as he embraces her with his neck over top her own; just as happy to see her again as she was him. She tucks her head in, brushing her face against his shoulder and breathing him in even more before he had the chance to pull away. She had missed the simple comfort he provided. Feray could only smile and laugh as well when he pulls away, taking note that she was no longer the leggy little filly she had once been. The moment, despite how good it was, ended just as his eyes fall on Carisa's somewhat still form still lying on the beach. The mare had yet to rouse, even with Koray's persistent nudges. Deciding then to put their worries at ease and not make a bigger scene, Feray steps away from her father and towards her mother, lowering her neck so that her lips could peel back and reveal her blunt teeth which fasten onto the ear that was not pressed against the wet sand. A sharp tug and Carisa's eyes flutter open, and a huff of surprise escapes her when her gaze falls on Koray. Feray steps back, looking to her sire to explain the situation, "she is just tired, both physically and emotionally. Anything you have to say to her can wait till later." Her gaze is drawn back to Carisa when the mare starts to move, getting her legs under her and as wobbly as a newborn goes to stand. Feray had stayed close for this reason, offering support on one side while Koray no doubt would offer his own help.

"My little moon," Carisa's voice sounded hoarse, sore from the salt water she had inhaled on the swim back. Her blue eyes sparkled in happiness and tears, looking over her firstborn whom was tall and ever so handsome with his pale skin; just as she remembered. With Feray's guidance Carisa moves closer until she can toss her neck over Koray's own, pulling him into her chest and burying her nose into his short mane. He was finally within her grasp again and she was never going to let go. "Everything's finally as it should be," Feray sighs, moving to her father's side to press against him, not wanting to leave him out of such a precious moment as she highly doubted Koray was the cuddly sort.

Feray;
dante
