The brain and supervisor behind should be sacked. I , as a staff-grade has been honestly keeping my competencies online. I cannot change the OST level which previously i could do. I use to discuss with the case with the consultant, agree to do the competency for the OST stage with the consultant, draft it, submit it online. Now i cannot do it. Its automated now - high tech, and i am unable to change the OST stage from OST1. So cannot submit against that OST stage.
