Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The cries of his runt were lost to the shadows of the crags. Eventually the boy would draw his last breath and the father would be rid of him forever. The echoed cries drifted in the rocks, slowly starting to be silenced by distance. Or death. Aranck did not much care. Step by step the silver splattered dark shale male made his way through the trails of the crags. One move ahead of the present, he tried to think of what might happen next in these odd twists of choice and fate. He was so focused on the game unfolding he very nearly missed the scent of a woman lurking in the rare foliage of the crags. Her scent did break through the folds of his thoughts and the silver blue man looked down at the black and red form of a rather irate looking woman.

His trek stopped. Inhaling her scent and studying her for a moment he decided his curiosity was enough to make him stay a while. Greetings. He said in his smooth tones. A lady such as yourself should not be alone in a place like this. The words were spoken in a near pur. As seductive or threatening as many could have found them, the intensity in Aranck’s brilliant hazel eyes made them something entirely different. It was a game. Every word, movement, and look stood for something and to be read most critically. He sat in front of her, his posture calm and cool. Contrary to the actions he had just performed, far from her sight, he did not mean harm to her, or many others. It was merely those who got in the way.

Studious gaze flicked over the sleek form of the woman. She was lovely to be sure. He could not help but think he may have a use for her. After all, Malleah had proven useful at least once.
ARANCK
....far far from the sky.
