The forest stands tall and lush here; ancient trees reach weather-twisted arms to the sky, fighting monster-like storm clouds back with their interlacing fingers. Shadow seems to lurk everywhere you look, but it spills calmly, coolly, inspiring a sense of stealthy calm or protection rather than unease. That is, if you've forgotten what kind of creature might be stalking just out of sight...Abendrot is a land cradled by the dark woods on all sides; in the center, some of the larger trees stay behind to reveal a small plateau - a citadel where this pack can gather and defend itself from invaders. There are, of course, softer sides to the land. Clearings here and there allow the sun to throw down its rays in incongruously resplendent gold showers. Ignore the lingering scents of blood spattered here and there along the borders: those do not concern you. The river on one edge of the territory is playful enough when it hasn't been gorged by violent rain. You can choose to note the ragged claw marks raked down tree trunks and the forest floor as friendly "Home Sweet Home" signs, if you wish.

All who treasure loyalty, order, victory, and the occasional indulgence of raw visceral pleasure are welcome, once they've been approved by the ever-watchful eyes of Abendrot's Alpha. But keep one thing in mind: no matter what your motive, this is not a fool's Paradise. This is the land of soldiers, assassins, and spies. This is ABENDROT.

Make up your mind quickly and prepare to prove your worth. You wouldn't want to add to those blood spatters, would you...?

Fire Cannot Kill A Dragon

Her orbs watched him carefully. How his eyes seemed to light up with her gesture to his House. She felt the corners of her mouths twitch into a sharp grin. She cocked her head to the side, ears pinned forward. He seemed to already recognize her at this point. His words confirmed it. ”Yes, I know who you are. And I was from House Stark, though I am one of the few left in my bloodline. I did not think you would travel so far from home. What is it that brings you to me?” Her orbs flickered to her paws, hearing rumors of the massacre that swept most of their House into a permanent sleep in the night.

"I am sorry to hear about your family. I've heard they were lovely, sweet, courageous, honorable, I'm sure I would have loved to meet them." She spoke, hoping to soothe any tensions on that matter with him. She looked up to meet his eyes. c"But I would like to offer you a deal. I am the very last of my bloodline, The Dragon. As you can see, I am pregnant from my departed lover. I will bare healthy, strong children and I will take my throne back. It will take men. It will take blood. My enemies will fall."

She rose to her feet, her plume high in the air. She raised her head up, her massive body standing before him. "I need men. I need a place to live and raise my children until they're strong. They're of my blood, dire wolves. They will grow quickly and will be large and strong with due time. If you provide a place to live and provide men for me for when the time comes to war with the Lannisters, and believe me, it will come, I will give my word to bring you and your loved ones with me when I triumph." She spoke, her orbs looking into his.

"All men must die, but we are not men."
