Dear Desperate
Please DO NOT give up. I was in the same situation and lost sleep over unpaid money. Then I wised up. I submitted a court claim at:
https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/overview
This costs £70. The trust soon paid the money owed and the £70 fee.
I was worried the bosses at the trust would hate me for doing it but I received nothing but respect and support.
Dont give in to these NHS bullies!
