Just came in from my yard. Seen a Barred Owl perched in my Maple tree in the front yard over the sidewalk. Same spot I saw one about two winters ago.
I have mixed feelings about this one now that I have a Flying Squirrel in my backyard, which is nocturnal and possible prey.
Half a block north of the library.
