Bob - we were really upset to read Nancy's concerns - as you have rightly noted, this just isn't acceptable. If you are talking to Nancy, please pass on that most birders, and I would hope most photographers as well, are disgusted by this kind of behaviour If police are willing to lay trespass charges, that would be a very good thing - or maybe public nuisance charges for the idiots who block the roads and refuse to move.
