Hi Don;
Thanks for the post on this subject. Kempenfelt Bay was completely ice free on January 6th, both in the morning and late afternoon. On January 7th, it was still open but ice was forming along the edges. Late on January 7th, ice was moving into the mouth of the bay. I would say that it frozen on January 7th during the evening hours. Replies: There have been no replies.
