Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Fire eyes stared down into the pools of water. The fish below splashed, quickly moving to try to get away from the white figure that hovered over the water. He was close in height to his brother, albeit they were not the same weight. He figured himself as average, a little taller, but lean. But as he refused to socialize much, he wasn’t sure how spot on is guess was. The silence was broken by a sneeze, and his left ear twisted, pinning back as he turned his head. Fire eyes narrowed as he watched a figure rise up over the waterfalls. He huffed, his eyes watching before he turned his gaze away. He was in no mood to deal with a pushy-male.

The male spoke then, and Berwyn growled low in his throat. “Call me a dog again, and you’ll regret it.” Anger rolled off his tongue as he spoke. Yes, he may look different than others, but he was as much of a wolf as anyone else. He lifted his gaze back up, Fire burning brighter in his red eyes, rimmed by his white fur, he snarled, his lips curling to show the pitch black gums that rimmed his bright white teeth. He was not in the mood to be pushed around by a gnarled thing. He huffed, ignoring the male as he turned his gaze back to the water that was flowing in front of him. The fish jumped trying to get away, and instinct kicked in, his maw jerking out to snap the fish in mid air, biting down hard enough to kill it before he tossed the fish next to his white paws. The blood tinted his face, and he looked out the side of his eyes, keeping an eye on the male who had interrupted his alone time. Anger to him was a veridical experience. One he was not quite familiar with, not yet at least.
