This is a public forum. It is not the place to discuss patients in a way that allows the doctor (and hence the unit and probably sub specialty) to be identified.

If the original poster hadn't accidentally identified themself, then appropriately vague discussion would have been fine.

If you disagree with this, then I presume you would have no objection to replying with your name and description of a serious mistake you've made.
