. CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site
There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities.
This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only.
We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund.
Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

Please note that the next Pub (Networking) Lunch takes place on Thursday 2nd of March 2017. The purpose of these lunches are to offer an opportunity to meet other serving and former Fusiliers and to expand the networking opportunities for Fusiliers. The dress is lounge/ business suit or day dress for ladies. The bar opens at 1230 with a view to sit down around 1300.
The lunch will be typical pub grub. If you require a vegetarian option please indicate so when booking in.
The cost of the lunch is £10.00 (senior citizens £6.00).
There have been cases where people who had booked in have failed to not show up on the day. This results in the lunch running at a loss. Please, if you book in to attend, come along or cancel at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, I will have to ask that payment for the missed lunch is made to cover the cost of the meal.
