He acknowledges me, which brings a smile to my black and white visage, although he does call me a child. I am not a child! But...I am young, so he gets a pass on that one. I have never really seen someone quite like him, and he seems quite a bit older than me. At least he was friendly, I can get down with that.

I bring up Iromar, and his cool looks, but the bringing up of Iromar seemed to cause a sour situation. I find myself furrowing my brows slightly as I told my head. What was wrong with Iromar? He mentions my own unique markings and it causes my tail to wag happily despite his rather opposite tone at this point.

He then mentions why he does not want to go back to Iromar. I find a small frown touches my face for but a moment as he turns away. Oh yeah. That whole thing with Aithne and Aranacky or whatever his face is. I was very young when all that happened. I honestly barely understood it at the time, but I sorta get it now. I can see why he would feel that way and not want to come...but I don't think he knows that Pine is leader now...maybe he will still come! I suddenly burst forward with hope on my visage again. I move to put my face in front of his, lowered only to raise it once I am indeed in front of him.

"But wait! That guy is DEAD!" I say with probably too much excitement. "Yeah no one liked what he did, so a bunch of wolves like, killed him. Now the Alphess is Pine. They got revenge for Aithne, her daughter Aster giving blessing to Pine to rule Iromar, I think this Aster rules Asteraia now, fitting with her name and all, but yeah, dude, you should come see it now, it is much better, I promise!" I say my body very slightly forward in the slightest of a play bow, tail high up in the air wagging as I hope to bring him back. He used to be there at one point until the bad man took over, and now that the bad man is gone, he will find comfort in the packlands once more.
