Moladion’s powerful, winding river...

He was coming my way...yes! My tail wagged behind me, splashing water all over the place recklessly. I see his form get larger as he gets closer, and he is like, a big guy! All white too. He chuckles at me, and it makes my black lips pull back in a smile. He seemed friendly enough, and despite his large size, didn't seem threatening. Sweet! He says he prefers to hunt, and I tilt my black and white head slightly.
"Yeah hunting is cool and all, but like, that gets BORING, and ya know, sometimes I want something else to snack on. Can't eat the grass like the hoofed ones, ya know?" I say with my friendly voice. My mouth opens with excitement when he mentions he knows how to fish.
"Aw sweet, awesome! Yeah, show me how!" I say, bounding towards him...sorta, with water weighing me down. I make sure I am right next to him as he tells me to watch.
I remain still next to him as he positions himself. My eyes of green and blue are not quite sure where to look. First I look at the water, and then I look at him. His eyes scan the water, and I swear I can tell when his pupils dilate. I dash my eyes down to see something in the water. Suddenly he moves, his jaws lashing out into the water and grabbing the fish. I yell out in sudden surprise, but I see he got the fish anyway!
"WOAH," I say, seeing how large the fish is that he caught. I scoot my nose forward, sniffing it with ear back. I then pop my ears back forward, tongue hanging from my mouth.
"You are SO COOL, you did it the first time, man!" I say with my tail wagging behind me again.
"Okay, Okay, Okay...I got this, yo," I say as I mimic the position he took. I am still as I let my eyes look for another fish. The water is not the clearest, but it is clear enough that I see one coming close. I wait, and I think I see the right moment. I throw my jaws out, and clamp down. I feel something between my teeth but all I get is a tiny part of a ripped tail fin. I huff.
"Aw maaannn, this is so hard," I say wrinkling my nose and looking up to him for direction. Is this something that can be taught? Or do I just have to...know?
