Ambas' chestnut fur was warmed by the sunshine as she emerged from the trees. The clear space between the trees and the lake seemed rather clear of others. Her ears perked forward as she heard the small waves cascade onto the shore. Flicking her tail slightly she looked around once more before walking to the edge of the lake the water washing over her paws.

Lowering her head she lapped up the clear cool liquid happily. Minnows which weren't far from her reach swam around as the waves continued to come against the shore. The sound of the water was so peaceful, relaxing even. Turning from the waters edge back to the tree line she thought about where she might head. Walking along the shoreline, the slight sound of the pebbles shifting with each step.

Amba searched the shore for a good place to rest and enjoy the scenery. Trotting over to a stretch of grass she happily lowered herself to her stomach, paws outstretched. A slight shiver went up her spine as the sun continued to warm her beautiful dark fur. Stretching slightly she let out a content sigh, rolling onto her side she closed her eyes and enjoyed the sounds of the water. Muscles relaxing and her mind blank, she tried to stay awake but the calm serene surroundings only made her nap that much easier to take.
